Mac Harvey is a senior technology leader with over 21 years of experience architecting and delivering enterprise-scale solutions across federal, healthcare, and corporate sectors. His career spans marquee organizations including IBM Global Services, Booz Allen Hamilton, Oracle, the Department of Defense, and Stryker — leading data modernization, AI/ML platform builds, cloud migrations, and large-scale digital transformations.

He holds an MBA from Keller Graduate School of Management and a B.S. in Network & Communications Management from DeVry University, complemented by PMP, SAFe Agilist, Scrum Master, ITIL 4, and Stanford ML certifications. Mac has directed programs with budgets exceeding $5M, deployed platforms across 12+ federal agencies and 22+ healthcare facilities, and consistently delivered measurable outcomes — from 40% reductions in go-live issues to 55% cuts in ticket backlogs.
